Terms and Conditions
Delivery
- Delivery is free of charge on advertised products to anywhere within
mainland UK
- On receipt please inspect the goods carefully for damage as AirControl
Systems
is unable to accept responsibility for damage in transit, shortage of
delivery or loss of products unless the customer advises AirControl Systems of such
within two working days from the date of delivery.
- When you place your order you must notify AirControl Systems of any special
delivery instructions that are required.
- Please ensure that adequate facilities are available at the place of
delivery in order that the delivery driver can carry out prompt and safe
unloading.
- Please note that the delivery driver’s responsibility is to off load to
floor level adjacent to the delivery vehicle and any further assistance given is
at the driver's discretion. If we are unable to complete the delivery due to the
Buyer’s fault then the redelivery will be charged.
- Prior to receiving your goods you will be notified of a delivery day.
Standard 2-3 delivery is normally any time during a normal working day.
However we can provide a timed delivery at additional cost and this can
be advised at the time of purchase.
- Certain deliveries are made directly by our distributors, this
information will be supplied to you at the time of ordering along with the
relevant contact details.

Installation
- AirControl Systems is not responsible for any installation work.

Availability of Goods
- All orders are subject to product availability. If the product you
have ordered is not available from stock, you will be contacted by email
or telephone and will have the option either to wait until the item is
available or to cancel your order.

Returns
- Returning items:
Please call 01225 752494 and we will arrange a collection of any
unwanted/damaged goods.
We will pay for defective/damaged returns but should you simply not like
the item and wish to return it there will be a charge applicable and this
is available upon request depending on the item to be returned.
Alternatively you can return the item yourself which must be returned in an
unused condition with the original packaging, together with a valid
receipt or other proof of purchase.
- Damage in transit, shortage of delivery or loss of products must be
reported to
AirControl Systems
within 3 working days from the date of delivery.
- Items are to be returned at your cost unless you can establish to the
satisfaction of
AirControl Systems
the item purchased was damaged or faulty when you
received it.
- Before returning the machine please contact AirControl Systems on 01225
752494.
- The manufacturer may offer free inspection and repair for all products
that develop a fault, not caused by accident, misuse or neglect, within
the manufacturers guarantee period.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Goods can be returned, without reason, to AirControl Systems within 7 days of
receiving them.
AirControl Systems
can however request that you pay the cost of
returning the goods.
Please Note: The above returns policy regarding
unwanted items applies to consumers only and not business to business sales.

Prices & Payment
- All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
- Unless otherwise stated the goods shall not become the property of the
buyer until the purchase price of the goods has been paid in full.
- All prices and products quoted are subject to alteration or withdrawal
from time to time without notice.
- All deliveries are to be made within the mainland UK only.

Guarantee and warranties
- You must acknowledge that AirControl Systems is not the manufacturer of the
Goods. We will however endeavour to transfer to you the benefit of any
warranty or guarantee given by the manufacturer or supplier of the goods.
All DeLonghi portable air conditioners with the exception of the CF208 &
L130 are covered under a 1 year
parts & labour warranty followed by a further parts only 2nd year warranty.
The CF208 and L130 have a 1 year exchange warranty. Delonghi or there service agents shall be responsible for honouring this
warranty.

Ordering
- You may order products displayed on this website by telephoning
AirControl Systems
or by faxing or posting a purchase order.
- If you place your order via fax, telephone or mail we will confirm your
order via the post or email within 2 working days. If you place your order on-line
confirmation of that order is automatic, the fact that you receive an
automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to
meet your order.
- If
AirControl Systems
is unable to supply a particular item which you have
ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on
your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your
order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and all monies
which you have paid will be refunded in full.
- You can pay by any Visa or MasterCard credit card or by Switch, Solo
or Delta debit card. In an endeavour to ensure that shopping on-line is
secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted to minimise the
possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to
us over the Internet. You may also pay by cheque or money order if you
wish.

will debit money from your account within one working day
after it has received your order.

cannot guarantee delivery times but it aims to deliver within
3 working days - the delivery date for your order will be confirmed to
you within 1 working day of placing your order.
